Trust Bonnie Booden: 30+ Years of Arizona Family Law Experience

Divorce can be both emotionally and financially complicated, from protecting your high-value assets and businesses to settling children and family matters.  We understand you don’t want to break up your family, and you’re also committed to doing what’s best for them. In uncertain times, Bonnie can guide you toward legal solutions that benefit all parties. She’ll work hard to ensure a shift in the family dynamic doesn’t impact the future of you and your children. And if you’re planning a wedding — not a divorce — we can help you arrange prenuptial agreements, too.

Bonnie Is Your Best Bet for Family Law

We’ll help you navigate through life’s most challenging legal matters — especially when it comes to protecting
your family and your assets. Here’s what she handles and what they mean:

Legal Decision-Making Authority (Custody)
Formerly child custody, legal decision-making authority determines which parent controls major upbringing decisions, like religion and education.

Parenting Time
Parenting time determines the amount of time children spend with each parent. Arrangements will vary by family situation.

Child Support
Typically paid by the parent with more money, child support is ongoing, court-ordered payment sent to the parent with less.

Disclosure & Discovery
Disclosure is the affirmative obligation to disclose evidence. Discovery is the obligation to respond to specific requests for information from the other side.

Resolution
Once discovery and disclosure are complete and all evidence has been provided to each side, the parties can enter into negotiations, go to mediation and/or get ready for trial.

Prenuptial Agreements
Prenuptial (premarital) agreements identify property owned by both future spouses and property rights each party has during marriage and if the marriage ends. These are important if you plan to separate finances or want control over existing property, debt and liabilities.

Postnuptial Agreements
After your wedding you have the option to enter into a postnuptial agreement, which, like a prenuptial agreement, defines your rights and obligations for property and money.
