Once the form has been downloaded, and completed by the person using the form or forms, they can make an appointment to discuss the form, make sure that it is filled out properly, and will accomplish their goals. We also discuss the next step after the form is submitted to the court. For this service, people pay only my usual hourly rate for the time that they use. The appointments are made on a first come first served basis, so people should schedule their appointment far enough in advance of any court imposed deadlines to allow time to correct any errors they may have made.
